A concrete block structure built with hollow 3 hollow core floors and mansard roof with zinc finishing. Externally the building was K-Rendered, and tarmac used to finish external grounds and car park.

Internally the property was electrical installation only no gas 6 self-contained units dry lining walls and white paint finish.

Project Description

Glenhaven is small development project of 6 self-contained apartments in Borheamwood elstree. The project was for a complete structural build of the property allowing for 8 months build time. 9 months until turnkey completion. Start date of project was November 2018 and completion dated June 2019.
